Listing information on FarmVetGuide is sourced from publicly available data, including practice websites, Google Maps, and government databases. We present this data as-is and make no representations or warranties regarding its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Practice details — including hours, species treated, emergency availability, services, and contact information — may be outdated or incorrect. You should always verify information directly with the veterinary practice before making any appointments or veterinary decisions for your animals.

9. Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution: If you have a concern, please contact us first at contact@farmvetguide.com. Many issues can be resolved quickly without formal proceedings.

Binding arbitration: If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and FarmVetGuide agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Arbitration will be conducted in English and, unless otherwise agreed, on a documents-only or telephonic basis.

Exception: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, without waiving the right to arbitrate.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also notify registered users by email. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
